Our AI models analyse historical and real-time atmospheric data — humidity cycles, seasonal patterns, temperature anomalies, and pollution events — to forecast optimal harvesting conditions up to 72 hours in advance. This allows our operations teams to plan production schedules, energy procurement, and staffing with precision, minimising waste and maximising yield across every shift.
Process Optimisation Engine
Nyla's process optimisation engine sits at the centre of our production operation. It receives data streams from over 200 sensor nodes across the facility and runs continuous multi-variable optimisation models to identify the most efficient operating state at any given moment. Energy use, water yield, mineral dosing, filtration throughput, and packaging speed are all optimised simultaneously in real time. This is not automation. This is intelligence.
Quality Assurance Intelligence
Traditional quality control catches defects after they occur. Nyla's QA intelligence system prevents them from occurring in the first place. By analysing the full chain of upstream process variables, the system identifies the conditions that tend to precede quality deviations and makes corrections before any deviation materialises.
Predictive Factory Maintenance
Unplanned equipment downtime is the silent killer of production quality. Our predictive maintenance AI analyses vibration signatures, temperature profiles, energy draw patterns, and operational cycle counts across every piece of equipment in our facility. It builds a continuous health model for each asset and alerts our engineering team when any asset begins trending toward a failure state — days or weeks before a problem would become visible to a human technician.
Sustainability & ESG Intelligence
Nyla's AI platform generates continuous sustainability reporting across energy consumption per litre, carbon intensity per batch, water yield efficiency, packaging material usage, and supply chain emissions. These reports feed directly into our ESG dashboards, giving our leadership team and our partners real-time visibility into our environmental performance.
